Beginning September 25, 2023, the Tidal Touch Pool Exhibit will be closed as our aquarists reimagine and renovate the exhibit into an even more captivating experience for our guests!

Tide Pool Facts

Shallow pools of seawater found in tidal regions on the coast, tide pools are some of the harshest environments you’ll find in the natural world.

Located along the seashore, tide pools are home to many unique invertebrates that can survive the ever-changing conditions. Our Pacific Tide Pool features animals that are found along the coast from southern California to Alaska!
